Guess who's just been shouting at Citylink again? The driver has gone to the wrong place a SECOND time and returned to base. The first time, the log said he went to a blue door, now apparently it's a white one. It's neither, goddamit!

The next time Watchdog calls looking for ideas, I'm pitching this!

i've had untold problems with citylink...

i paid for next day delivery, well ok - i got it free...so it should have been with me on a tuesday....i didnt get it til friday...at 7pm...

i rang 'em up and complained - the woman started flirting with me, saying i had a nice voice and she's going to send me a nice bottle of red wine as an apology...i turned it down, saying that it would probably be corked by the time it got here...

if i spot that a company use them, i always say "can i just have recorded delivery by the post office instead please?"

its THAT bad, i'd rather it come by Royal Mail...

Slight update: I might just have mentioned to Citylink earlier, quite in passing you understand, that I'm a journo and that they smell like a jolly interesting story. Guess what just arrived - delivered by a very apologetic Citylink guy rather than the agency man who failed to turn up twice. I feel vaguely dirty now, but happy...
