I heard they were going to perform some Red Dwarf live. Is that true?

i for one, am underwhelmed...

i don't want old stuff revisited and rehashed..if i wanna see 'em, i'll buy the dvds (but i don't...so...i won't!)

the only thing that made me want to watch it, is the fact that the lovely Big Suze from Peep Show is in it...

I'm not one for making psychic predictions but I feel a wave of disappointment coming on this thread within the next 3 days

Red Dwarf got quickly worse after season 4 and this will almost certainly be the nail in it's coffin

I will be pleased if proven wrong

this was because ( i know this i watched comedy connections the other night) Rob Grant and Doug Naylor had a massive fall out, so the scripts were written single handed in the latter series.

In effect this, is the film that never was.

So was Back to Earth written by "Grant Naylor" then?

I've been looking forward to this, I've got the timers all setup ready to record it.

I suspect it will make a lot more sense if you watch Coronation Street. I don't.

Go on then, I'll be the first to say it: this is sh*te

Only watched 20 minutes and I don't know if I can bring myself to watch the rest.

I even had a couple of beers to give it a headstart

yup, total pantaloons, not a single chuckle.

Not so much the script though as the fact it seems like the cast aren't into it anymore.
