Martin Breese has this effect on his site. It's based on Jack the Ripper, and involves a photo appearing in a previously empty frame which is held face down by a spec. The photo one of six, chosen 'at random?' by another spec. Can't find a review anywhere, sounds awesome ( but don't they all?)
