I think that's a really cool idea Chris - people can put it up if they wish to remember the occasion, or even have it framed!
One thing though: the word is INVITATION. Invite is the verb; "to invite", but the thing you send and receive is an invitation. Just as when you quote someone, you use a quotation. This is one piece of American laziness I cannot stand.

That is the most original wedding invite I've seen to date! How on earth did you come up with the wording for that?
