Not heard them, but the post makes me think of Dragonforce.

Seems like every few years another 'return to the glory days of 80s pomp metal' comes along.

They should just wheel out Manowar again - in their furry underwear.

i couldnt stand 80s metal..but then again, i couldnt stand the 80s...

steel panther sounds like a look from Zoolander!

gimme the 60s and 70s stuff any day of the week...

wolfmother and the datsuns are pretty good for modern day stuff though..
