A dust jacket from Pure Effect -- yes, just the dust jacket -- is being sold on eBay right now. As of 17 minutes before auction end, it has 7 bids and is set to sell for £7.49.

Turning wood pulp to gold is a good trick. Mind you, a copy of Naked Mentalism went for more than the price of a new one on eBay about 18 months ago. Some people are daft.
