I boughts bits and pieces off of them in the past without any problems (I think they even sent me a free mouse mat for some reason one time) although that was quite a while ago. Looking through my old emails the only email I have for them is a sales@ which I think is just an automated message and states that you have to use the contact us page on their website. They've had quite an overhall of the site recently but hopefully that should still work.

Try this link on their page http://www.magictricks.co.uk/contact.asp. Note it states:
NB: We are unable to accept personal callers

"NB: We are unable to accept personal callers" means people turning up at what is effectively a warehouse fulfilling orders off the shelf.

Have you tried clicking on Customer Services?

I should warn you that the email I've got from them was from March 2007! As far as I can remember, they're delivery was pretty prompt though. I never needed to contact them so I can't vouch for their customer services skills.

I used to use them all the time - delivery was generally next day, and I've never had a problem.

Your reality, sir, is lies and balderdash, and I'm delighted to say that I have no grasp of it whatsoever.

I interviewed Fraser Simpson who originally set it up a few years ago and he was a sound bloke. He grew the company and sold it on, but I've never seen a single complaint about the new owners.

The new owners are very good and reliable. Charlotte is the one who normally answers emails and she is very prompt and helpful. I've never had a problem with them.

Rather than start a new threadseeing as this one is talking about magic online shops. Is anyone still ordering from nothingupmysleeve.co.uk I placed an order about a week ago and paid for delivery etc but heard nothing since.

Is he still in the business of selling magic?

Did you check this out:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you are signing up for NUMS or ordering using a HOTMAIL, GMAIL, YAHOO, BTINTERNET or ORANGE email account (ie. if any of those names appear in your email address) then PLEASE add nothingupmysleeve.co.uk to your junk mail whitelist filter. We are getting numerous occasions where customers are NOT receiving feedback, emails and passwords because it would seem our domain name has been used for spam attacks and our mail server is appearing on spam blacklists.

It might explain apparent lack of communications?
