Hi,

I just made a new blog post on Tommy Wonders wonderful routine "The Tamed Card".

I can only recommend it to all the Youngsters that only know the YouTube and Theorie 11 stuff. Have a look at it, as this really shows the difference between a nice trick and a great routine.

If you ever wanted to learn it yourself but got frustrated by the description in the books or the explanation on the DVD I attached my own pratice companion document.

Just wanted to say a big thanks for your work in putting together what I would describe as the missing link between Tommy's descriptions in the Books and on the DVD.

You are quite right that it is impossible to learn these routines step by step from those sources because so much is omitted purposefully or not.
But it wouldn't suprise me if Tommy intended it that way... He was a groundbreaking original magical thinker and in leaving out key steps it makes us follow suit. Get away from the laziness of self workers and actually think for ourselves. Just as Tommy did.

I can honestly say no artiste, magician, performer has affected my approach to magic in the way Tommy Wonder has. A legend.
