Big Blind Media Service

Funny how you always hear the bad things, well..... BBM have just proven themselves, one again, excellent. I've been keeping my head down recently, both busy at work and home as well as getting some reading done (Mind Myth... Tomo's new electronic guide, Mind Blasters 11 and Tarot reading) and between a few effects I kept seeing ways to use my old RAMA deck (reviewed here http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic8064.p ... light=rama By Tom). I had a bit of a play around, to familiarize myself with the deck then decided to re watch the dvd. Alas the DVD wouldn't play on the PC nor the DVD player. One quick mail to Owen Packard (BBM)at the Spoc Magic address and a new DVD arrived two days later. A big public THANK YOU Owen.

As an aside, on the back of this, and as I was unguarded from the evils of CUPS, I found some loose change in my paypal account and before I knew what I was doing I was pondering the AlphatoOmega DVD or 2 Karnival Decks, and then found I had clicked and bought A to O

Once again a big thank you, not just for the service and the friendly / prompt reply, but mainly for proving that good service does exist out there in commercial land. :D

I've had great service in the past from Clive and Matt at Cards4Magic, Charlotte at Magic Tricks and John at Magic Magic (amongst others). If you can be bothered, you'll see I've started a thread on good customer service elsewhere. But yes, it's good to acknowledge this sort of thing because it's too easy to moan.

Oops, sorry rep, just thought I'd give praise where praise was due. Mods please feel free to move this.

Graeme, no need to apologise. I wasn't suggesting you were too lazy to do a search! Perhaps I should have rephrased my earlier post. :?

Yup, an excellent company run by excellent people, though the inflatable mattress in the guest room makes it sound like you're farting when you move. :D
