So now he's admitting that its a camera trick. Or does he plan on saying that the blue and red hand is actually coming out of the screen?

Saw the advert for this last night on the telly, can't wait. Looks like DB will be doing more magic orientated stuff than mentalism for it, or at least I'd think he would, which will be cool as the odd times I've seen his card effects and the like, they were astounding.

Mentalism would be kind of pointless in 3D, unless his thoughts would come through the TV at you!

Derren's just said on twitter that he won't be performing, he will only be presenting the show

I did not see this thread but caught it last night, unfortunately without the glasses, which made viewing a bit iffy at times!

The show overall seemed a bit... pointless? Was nice to see some magicians I had not seen before but although the short routines they presented were very good it did not seem to allow them time to really get in to their stride.

Some good content just appeared to be poorly structured.

lol i dont really get whats going on with derren at the mo. he's gone a bit strange since the events. mid-life crisis? he should def just go back to what he used to be doing. it's way more impressive.

Marco Tempest did that nice max maven stock your finger on the screen trick.
Which defeats the object, since if you got close to the television, the 3D didnt work

The 3d thing worked for me it just looked a bit dark and sometimes I couldn't make out what something was and thats not just my eyesight and it was mostly stuff I had seen before, also the trick with the new york landmarks didn't work for me maybe because I didn't do it properly cause I couldn't see it properly but well done to them for trying to get people to watch magic by fusing it with the gimmickry of 3d
