Just finished skimming Companionage. It's quite heavy on essays, which is no bad thing and fits in nicely with the Companionage theme. Of the effects, Andrew Gerard's Pure and Bannon's View to a Skill stand out for me personally. The former is a nice naked bit of mind reading; View to a Skill is a phenomenally clean reworking of a well known card principle. I won't spoil it for you, though.
