Hey i have just buyed The raven and i got 2 problem The thr**d there goes around my finger break very fast and evy time the m****t try go into my shirt my shirt stop it. Maybe can someone help me?

Hi Cawex. I dont have the raven but i am familiar with it. If the th***d is breaking then the el****c is probably being pulled too tight, try adjusting the tension, remember its not meant to pull back too quickly- it should pull just enough and no more for a smooth action. A shirt sleeve is probably not the best to use with this type of gimmick, try a jacket or something a bit looser. Or attach it inside (if you know what i mean), this way you can have your sleeves rolled up if you wish. jim

I believe most magicians have used the Raven here, and I would strongly recommend getting a copy of Bobo if you do not already have one as the magic you can learn from there will far surpass the Raven. In relation to your question keep the gimmick in a long sleeve, it does not need to hit your elbow, I found that about a third of the way up past wrist was enough, kept the tension fairly light as well.
