Hi there! I've finally gone back to some ring magic as I decided I wanted to train my hands abit. Looked back at my De'Ring DVD and was wondering does anyone know any sites that have some cool rings? Anything like on the dvd or japanese/korean type rings would be nice. Also in aide for my own search can anyone suggest some good keywords to look for these type of rings? Cause I will be looking on ebay or any other site I can

Without using the evil word, but apparently its the worlds best online auction site so no other hints needed on that one. Make sure you know your own ring size, try looking for a class ring. Argos is cheap and without a catalog to hand I am sure there may be something of use, depends on what moves you intend to use.

Well finally got some sources on class rings, but in my town not one shop sells a class ring/army ring o.o, like no joke i've been looking around. The 1st response i get is always "glass ring?". Then I'm like no a class ring, then thrir like whats a class ring look like, every shop told me that.....

I kinda didn't want to resort in purchasing off the internet as i want to make sure the size perfect. But looks like i might have too . But would be cool getting my own custom ring i guess ^^

Type US Forces rings into google or ebay. They're a bit garish but work very well as they have a huge coloured stone on top and plenty of grip all around. I use a silver US Air Force and gold US Marines ring for everything on the dvd (except griffon roll of course). I did have to buy several sizes to ensure a proper fit.... but the ones I bought were cheap knock offs so it didn't cost me too dearly.

Thanks i might try that but my main aim is to buy 1 or 2 good rings, kinda dont want to buy alot to test the sizes even if it is cheap. Since a custom one is quite expensive. But ye ebay seems quite cheap like 20$ or something for 1

It's not that expensive to have a jeweller re-size a ring, if it turns out not to be quite the right fit.

You say you are worried about the wrong size, simple measure is to go into pretty much any jewelers and ask for a measurement, then you can find a conversion chart for US measurements allowing you to buy whatever size it is you need.

Problem isn't that i can't get a ring size its that some rings come off easier or harder, like i have some rings that are exactly same size but some come off abit harder. I don't know how to explain it really, but that's the case for me.

Yes it maybe not be too expensive to adjust, but for a custom ring that i would buy for $500-900usd i'd really want to get the size correct, instead of having it adjusted.

What about using a small hobby file, normally used for miniatures? Use a round one and SLOWLY go round till you get the fit you need?

been looking on ebay for the class rings, but couldn't find a 7 3/4 US ring size for class rings, so i got a size 8 ring and its just a tad too big . Does anyone know where i can get 7 1/2 or 7 3/4 class rings? They seem to only sell whole sizes on ebay

try finding a male ring in a size M, and you are hard pressed...

I went to topman, got an extra small, and it was still too big...(ooh, err....)

u mean ring maker as to make a ring or to get it resized? Cause as i said before australia dont sell class rings.

Yes, re-sizing was what I meant
