Blackpool Magic - Getting there and back

Hi I live in sussex and I am going to Blackpool magic convention in February. I have found a way to get up there but I don't know how to get back. I need to be back by Monday morning. I couldn't find any trains, coaches or flights at the right time.
What do you normally do? Any ideas of how I could get up there.
