Buying custom made gaff cards

Postby morrowsean » Dec 17th, '09, 23:39

Hi, Does anybody know where I can buy custom made gaff cards? I've checked out a site called cardshark but individual cards work out very expensive. I don't want to make my own, as it makes the card quite thick. Where can I buy custom made gaff cards? I want the wild card trick, but using certain cards, I'm looking to order cards of my choice to make my own effect.

There is a dvd called the art of card splitting I've got it and it's not hard but then again it's not easy either. It's a knack, there is other people out there that do custom cards but I couldn't tell you who.

Beyond Christian (Card-Shark) you will get very well handmade cards from Bernd Mauksch (CardMaker) and Jens O. Jahn (Magus).

But it has to be said that good quality has a proper price to be paid.
I don't think that their work is overpriced.
Comparing the most amateurish splitted or printed gaffs with their work you will see the difference.

Cheers
Th.

Like anything else, if you want decent quality stuff you're going to have to pay a premium price for it, especially if it's handmade. Or check out that card splitting DVD the good Reverend pointed out.
