Tango Cigarette Thru Quarter

Hi everyone. I've been away for awhile but I'm back. I'm having some problems with my Tango Cig thru quarter. Hopefully with out giving away too much here is my problem

I'm having trouble replacing the RB and need some advice on how to do it.
