Classic inventions

Postby GoldFish » Jun 12th, '04, 14:59

I thought this might be a good thread to do start. A Q&A on classic magic illusions, effects and tricks.

For example does anybody know you invented the ID?

All the best,

Do you have an ID?, check the history and credits...

"...the principle as we know it was created in the 1920's. Joe Berg invented the Ultra-Mental Deck in 1936 (the original name for the ID). The invisble deck presentation was created by Eddie Fields and popularized by Don Alan."

So there you go...

Yea I do but unfortunately the deck didn't come with any credits or the like. Thanks for that, a nice little bit of trivia.

Does anybody else want to know about something similar?
