EASTER MEET (3rd April) - advance warning!

Postby TheStoner » Mar 7th, '10, 18:04

Last year we held several large all-day meets of magicians, mentalists and hypnotists in Central London, organised via a Facebook group. We were lucky enough to get pros like James Brown, Lee Smith, Paul Gordon and Ravi Mayar coming along amongst the semi-pros and enthusiasts. We also had many graduates from Anthony Jacquin's "Manchurian" hypno training doing their stuff.

When the weather is good and the general public are out and about it's a thing of beauty to see so many magicians wowing people.

We are getting this group going again for 2010 and the first meet is likely to be on Saturday 3rd April (Easter weekend). Everyone is welcome to come along - we'll be out in the street and in nearby bars chatting, performing, swapping ideas and having a few beers. As before we are hoping to rustle up a few pros (Lee Smith and Gary Jones already look to be on board - more names to come...).

Exact details will follow, but in the meantime keep this date free and look out for more info as we get it.

I will be looking forward to this.

It sounds great, bar the hypnotists.
