Oh, not another one

Postby KODs_righteye » Jun 18th, '04, 18:39

I just love to browes the internet, and one day I came across http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/index.php

Now, I love talkmagic, and im not leaving anytime soon. But it looks like The Magic Cafe is alive and kicking. I've stumbled upon alot of "dead" magic forums and the magic cafe caught my eye because they have SO many different areas. I like how talkmagic is condensed, but I was wondering if the administrators ever thought of "branching' out this forum like the magic cafe does.

If anyone has some input, dont hesitate to reply. Im looking forward to your opinions or snide remarks.

Magic Cafe is well known to most of us and you will certainly see some of our names on there. The main problem, as far as I'm concerned, is that it's too big to keep track of the various threads - not so much a cafe more like an enormous restaurant! TM is far more peaceful and relaxing - most of the time anyway.

MC is a great site though!

Personally, as mandrake says, I find the MC a little to big for daily use but it is very good for research or the like because of the wealth of knowledge there and the breadth of topics.

All the best,
