Boredom Strikes Again: Favourite Cards

Postby GoldFish » Jun 20th, '04, 16:44

Sorry, I'm bored again so I put this up.

Also, it would be cool if the only replies for this were ones from those of us who voted "Other" and hence wish to tell us which "other" cards they prefer to use.

All the best,

You failed to include Fox Lake's "Aviator."

Oh, and I also enjoy Tally Ho, though I voted Bicyle-RB: Blue since I use them more often.

I use bikes / blue stripper deck now, but used to use marvins bridge sized cards (wizard / stripper) for the six years prior to finding talk magic, credit to madrake and mog for the switch.

Bridge size? The only time I use bridge size is when need to palm a card... my magi paranoia keeps me from palming poker size cards. It's a bit funny.

As for the blue bicycle stripper deck (poker), I never leave home without mine :)

I've gone for blue bikes. As far as ordinary cards go I have no preference as to which colour I use, but I voted blue as all of my gimmicked decks are, by coincidence, blue.

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music. - Kristian Wilson, Nintendo, Inc, 1989..

I thought about putting the tiger deck on but seeing as they've only just come out and people probably havn't used them any differently to a normal bike deck so I left them out, but if you want go right ahead and say so!! :D

Loads of great cards here http://www.cards4magic.co.uk/ if you didn't know already.

I like Tally Ho's Circle, more than Globe, but i also use Bikes because they match with gaff decks like Svengalis of Invisbles.

Has anybody ever used any special Card Manipulation cards? Which are best? I've heard of Steamboats and might try those, What do you think?
