but not for my magic this time. I'm going to have two of my (or rather my Nan's) recipes published in a book on Family Recipes from Around the World which should be out in the Autumn. The recipes are a tagine and a basbousa recipe. Me, excited and really chuffed, yup :D

Is the tagine meat, fish, fowl, or vegi?

Well in my Nan's original recipe she used goat meat but as that's not the easiest thing to get hold of here I tweeked it to use mutton or lamb.

Round this way there are several goat farms.

But then,we have a number of Asian communities in the general area, like Southall.
