I loved Cloppa castle when I was a wee whipper snapper (although the characters seemed distinctly more realistic back then)!
Thanks Dale!

Mmmm, Hattytown.

If you find and Sir Prancealot give me a shout. It's like a Medieval Captain Pugwash.

Well for rudeness, you couldn't beat Thundercats. In the first episode Liono goes from being a boy to suddenly being a man. To mark the occasion he is given a one-eyed sword that grows.

ah yes.... Paper play.

one of my favorites.

I had an itsy and a bitsy puppet as a kid.

Intersetingly enough, the basic format of this show is exactly the same as doodle doo. I.E 1 presenter, and some spider like creatures make things.

MY GOD!!! My brain had completely irradicated any memory of Paulus the Woodgnome until I saw that clip! It's like five years of my life have just been restored to my noodle!

But yes... Potty Time, Clopper Castle, Paper Play... all great.

Anyone else remember Sam on Boff's Island?
Can't find any clips of it online, and for many years I thought I'd just dreamed it until I heard somebody else shout 'The Gurglers are coming!' and realised that they must either be dream-invading psychic aliens from Hell, or the programme was actually real.

Oh, and then there was Pipkins...

you know, those two spiders , Tony Hart, and Vision on encouraged kids to be creative, expand the imagination, and to make things.

Probably As a direct result of this kind of influence at a tender age, your writing, imagining, and making things. :)
