Postby hectorzin » May 31st, '10, 20:18

Hi every body, I am a begginer and I need some book, ebook or DVD to start learning.

what book should I buy?
I got a 10% bonus disccount from this webpage http://www.BuyMagicTricks.tk but I don't know if this products are good or not. Also I don't know if the prices are cheap or expensive.

Any help please?

Thanks a lot!

You will be disappointed if you buy from there. They look like the sort of rip off, badly taught and illegal magic tricks that you don't want.

Buy Mark Wilson's Complete course in magic (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mark-Wilsons-Complete-Course-Magic-Tricks-/120535328533?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Collectables_MagicTricks_RL&hash=item1c10772715), some bicycle cards (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TWO-DECKS-BRAND-NEW-BICYCLE-PLAYING-CARDS-/160431188064?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Collectables_MagicTricks_RL&hash=item255a71a860)
and then check out the thread on must buy magic items (http://www.talkmagic.co.uk/ftopic35338.php)

That should do for now! :D

I'll happily second the recommendation for Mark Wilson's book. :D

Be aware that Mark Wilson has two books: one is the COMPLETE COURSE, and the other is CYCLOPEDIA.

Both are great, either way, but the Cyclopedia is a shorter volume and acts like a condensed version of the Complete Course.

Yup, it's the Complete Course that you want and preferably the paper back version as that's got a chapter that the hardback doesn't have.
