We were talking about this sort of thing on the QI forum lately:

Indeed it has but, rather unfortunately, the two recent posts from the producer of these items were both attempts at freebie adverts and not in accord with TM policy. If only they'd thought about making contact and asking first instead of just advertising.......

This looks almost identical to Jamie Grant's card in a bottle. He also has a brilliant campaign where he is leaving 100 of a limited edition version of a deck of custom Banksy cards in a bottle all around the world for free. Here's his site http://cardsinabottle.com/ , 100 of his bottles is worth a lot of money, considering they sell at $10,000 a bottle... (The limited edition ones that is.)

Nothing like taking Banksy's ideas and making them sell your own product.

I think I'd prefer my cards outside where I can use them and the bottle to be filled with a quality real ale instead.

Lenoir, this is a very valid statement and is one I'd like to address. The Send Wonder campaign is 100% about the giving away of art and is in no way designed to profit from it. Of course, there will be residual web visits, but that isn't the point (nor is selling one for $10,000- an obvious, I hope, jest). The point is something that Banksy inspired in me, namely that sometimes art should be free. Banksy's authentication control (Pest Control) have seen that image, and simply said that the cards in the bottle were cool.

I hope that sheds some light on what I know can be a very sensitive subject.

All my best,
