:) hi all new to forum midlands guy would like to try and be more proficient and could anyone please tell. Me do I need to be good at hand slieghts to use the Tko don't want to waste my money many thanks gary

Hi and welcome! I would avoid the TKO if you are just starting out, it will be a waste for you. Buy some cheaper books on sleight of hand magic instead.

I agree with Spooney.

If you're starting out then focus on the basics. All too often people buy gimicks and utilities etc. and then don't know enough about magic in general to be able to use what they've bought effectively.
