This came up again this week - 'we don't have a license'
Did anyone get any further with the answer?
Do places that hire a magician need an entertainments license?

I'm not going to check if they have one or not, and it's not a massive problem, as there are plenty of venues, that will make a booking, but it is an interesting point.

I just tell them i have PLI and that normally makes them happy enough
