Dollar sized coin in Gold or Brass or copper

Postby Lenoir » Aug 10th, '10, 22:27

For a Silver Copper transposition/coins across thing I've had written down in my notebook for about a year, I need a Copper or Brass or Gold coin that is equal in size to a Silver Dollar.

Anyone have any suggestions?
The coins have to be dollars and large in the first place due to the nature of the routine and so Half Dollars and Old English Pennies aren't an option.

Thanks

How about gold dollars? From Wikki:

The Sacagawea dollar, called by the U.S. mint Sacagawea Golden Dollar Coin and beginning in 2009 the Native American $1 Coin, along with the Presidential Dollar series, is one of the two current United States dollar coins.
and
The Presidential $1 Coin ....The text of the act does not specify the color of the coins, but per the U.S. Mint "the specifications will be identical to those used for the current Golden dollar".[2] The President Washington $1 Coin was first available to the public on February 15, 2007, in honor of Presidents' Day, which was observed on February 19.

I believe you can get gold plated dollars from the Card Collection matey. Much cheaper.
