I can't believe this is being held in a New Age bookshop of all places! Anyway, it looks like London magicians and mentalists certainly have an opportunity to get an education in these matter the first two weeks of October since I will be presenting my lectures on the same subject for International Magic on the 4th 5th 6th and 7th October and Paul will be active a few days later.

Why not visit both? A one hour reading will net you the cost of both seminars put together!

There should be a lot of psychic magicians walking around in October.

I have put myself down as a maybe.
That day is the sunday before the big redundancy day, and i have absolutly no idea what frame of mind Im going to be in

MARK LEWIS BACK IN LONDON!

The well known and sometimes controversial hypnotist and mentalist Mark Lewis is presenting a special and extended lecture/ course covering a subject for which he is renowned ‘Psychic and Cold Readings'. Since 1987, Mark has done thousands of readings, written newspaper astrology columns and appeared at hundreds of Psychic Fairs, during this time, he’s received much acclaim for his ‘psychic gifts’.

He’s now making a trip over from Canada for International Magic (where he first started his career around 45 years ago) to lecture on this specialized subject. As Mark has a lot of information to impart, his lecture will be split over two nights. This may be the only chance many of you will get to see this incredible "man of mystery!" on his exclusive visit and so we have persuaded Mark to repeat the course and provide a further opportunity to see him. The first course is on the evenings of Monday 4th & Tuesday 5th October. It is then repeated on the evenings of Wednesday October 6th & Thursday 7th .

If you wish to book for either of these courses, please let me know as soon as possible. The word is already out about Mark's visit to the UK (his reputation precedes him) and places are limited and we have a lot of interest.

I shall add to the above by explaining what I am going to talk about and how I am going to structure my sessions.
Incidentally Martin tells me that if you can schedule one session but not another you can make it up on the repeat part. If for some reason you can't get to this either you will get a free DVD which will show the missing bit anyway.

I shall be providing notes to every participant.

On my first session I will be explaining first various stock readings that wicked people who are not as psychic as I use. They are good for beginners but I do not recommend them for permanent use as I do not approve of fakery.

I then describe a most incredible method of doing short entertainment readings. If you do this on the back of a business card you will find that nobody will ever throw the card away. This alone is worth the cost of my lecture. All you need is a pen and paper. The reading lasts around two minutes which is ideal for quick sessions. It will take an hour or so to describe it.

Then there will be an intermission. After that I shall explain in great detail one of the most powerful and ancient divination systems in existence. Palmistry. I have read thousands and thousands and thousands of palms and I can assure you that the results are incredibly accurate. I can guarantee that once you learn my system of palm reading you will achieve more stunning results than you ever will from that Ian Rowland garbage. Remember I have done THOUSANDS of readings. He has done hardly any and NONE for money.

It will take me around an hour or so to explain this. My palm reading system will teach you a type of reading which lasts around 10 minutes or so. If you want you can even make it far longer, say 20 minutes or so. Some expert palmists can read for an hour or so but I don't feel that is necessary for most magicians who want to read for entertainment purposes.

And this first session will explain entertainment readings. Palmistry or the thing I do on a business card does not get into people stresses and strains and terrible problems. That will come in the second session which will be devoted to tarot cards which is the most powerful divination system known to man. However Palmistry is a fantastic character analysis but it will tell the future in a general sense and not only that if you decide to read the tarot cards afterwards for more serious issues you will already have gathered a lot of information.

By the time I read someone's palm I know if they are healthy or unhealthy, married or single, happy in love or unhappy, if they are rich or poor, intelligent or a member of the magic bunny forum, worried or happy, how many children they have and which gender. Let us see if Ian Rowland or better still the rather daft Lord Freddie can do that after 10 minutes work.

Now on the second evening I discuss mainly how to read the tarot but first I insist on discussing the ethics of this business. It has always disturbed me that hardly any reference is made to this in psychic reading books for magicians. Since I am a holy psychic reverend naturally I need to devote time to this. Years ago I produced an audiocassette for Martin Breese on the subject under discussion. I would say that 50 % of that tape was on the ethical side of things. You are dealing with people's lives so you have to be very careful, especially when you read tarot cards although not so much with palmistry and numerology.

If you do a card trick and you screw up you merely look an idiot. If you screw up a reading you can also screw up someone's life. So you do have to be very careful and I emphasise this in my second session.

After chattering about this I spend the rest of the session on the Tarot. When I first learned the Tarot my psychic business took off rapidly. I recommend it thoroughly if you want to get into this business properly.

In Ireland I achieved MASSIVE publicity both newspaper and TV and radio. I was virtually a household name in that country in the late eighties and early nineties. I had various psychic voice activated phone lines and wrote many horoscopes for newspapers which for all I know are still running.

If you want to learn this stuff I am the person you need to learn it from.
