This is a bit of a random one folks. I recently started running a competition on bicycle-cards.co.uk to try and give away some new Stephen Rooks. It isn't a very hard competition - in fact all you have to do to be entered is to like the facebook page. The thing is, loads of people have liked the page, but as far as I can tell, hardly any of them are interested in magic (or cards) at all. Looking at the Demographics, my best bet is they are serial competition enterers who just want to win prizes, no matter what they are. Such is human nature, and also such is the nature of Facebook, but I'd love the odds to be increased of a magician winning. So if you are interested in getting some cards, do please sign up and 'like' the page. It will be a random choice at the end - so it may well go to a non-magician, but I would love to improve the odds!

2. How much of an increase in Likes were there when the contest was announced? I was thinking about doing a contest for a blog's page, but wasn't sure as to the effect of a contest like that...

There was a very significant increase. But as I say, not necessarily of people interested in Bicycle Cards for magic!
