Sorry to the Mentalists for this duplicate post. I should have posted here first and linked from the other place...

Delivery of the cards was supposed to have been Friday. We have just been assured that if the boxes don't turn up today then they'll definitely arrive on Tuesday. We'll ship them out the same day, which means that we'll manage to fulfil orders in November (just!)

Best wishes,
T.

We have just received delivery of the MK-MOD cards. All pre-orders will be processed first. All existing orders will be fulfilled this week.

The cards are of an excellent quality. They have a smooth finish, for extra authenticity, and the packaging is excellent.

The pricing on the website may look different to that published yesterday. All that's changed is now P&P for UK customers is included in the main price. This just makes it easier for us to calculate P&P for non-UK buyers. The actual prices have not changed.

Thanks for your patience, everyone. This has taken ages to arrange but the results are definitely worth it!

Cheers,
T.

Just received mine. Oooooohhh....

I haven't had time to play with them in depth yet, or read the books (being in very strict crunch-time deadline mode), but have had a quick shufti. VERY very nice indeed.

Congratulations to you, the printers, and everybody else involved!

Thank you so very much. I'm really glad that you're happy - we certainly are! I've uploaded a photograph of the deck now that I have one myself :)

Despite the powerful things it can do, I've mainly been using the double-back card over the last day and a half. Such an easy 'effect', so many possibilities on a range of scales...

Cheers all,
T.

my deck and book fell into my post box this morning, and I am well impressed with them. The quality of the deck is supurb, and the book is chock full of great practical routines.
As there are a couple of things of mine in there , Im not going to single any one thing out.
Suffice to say, i can see many people using these.

Very, very happy with the whole package. Excellent quality and some very workable routines.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a suitable box or container for carrying the cards if I want to keep the two decks separate?

Glad you guys are happy :)

We've even anticipated that you might want to repackage the decks so we made the cards *exactly* the same size as the Royal Magic ones. This means that each single deck will fit perfectly into Card-Maker's ESP deck boxes. These cost a couple of Euros each.

Now, here's a caveat. I spoke to Bernd during the week and he doesn't think that the boxes would be suitable because one side has the Royal Magic blue back/white star design printed on it. He thinks that the difference between this and the actual designs on the backs of the cards would cause suspicion.

Personally I don't think this is a problem, because that could just be a design, and not one related to the cards inside. Normal people don't even know that playing card boxes have the back design on one side. And of course, these aren't playing cards ;)

Plus, you don't have to show that side of the box for any period of time. Everyone should be focussed on what you are saying and doing.

Anyway, that's just one suggestion. Personally I've got the decks face to face in the box, with the backs of the unmarked ones 'facing' the plain panel on the box, and the marked backs facing the printed panel. I also have the double-backer in between, which makes things even easier and lets me access it without any trouble. I don't know if that actually makes sense the way I've written it ;)

Cheers,
T.

I know what you mean. Spreading through the unmarked ones face up, you know to break when you encounter one "face down" (actually the double-backer). Spreading through the marked ones face down, you know to break when you encounter one "face up" (actually a double-facer).

I have uploaded a free sample of the Test Card manual that optionally accompanies the MK-MOD ESP testing cards. You can find it at: http://mind.hak.me/products/mk-mod/sample.pdf

This includes the contents page, which lists the main effects (there are one or two extra effects embedded in the chapters), as well as the foreword.

Happy New Year everyone.

Dammit. I've only been back here five minutes and I'm already about to be thirty squid poorer! Love the sound of this deck. Seeing as I'm almost exclusively concentrating on ESP effects these days, this purchase seems like a foregone conclusion. Shame I wasn't around for the pre-order discount, but no matter; I'll probably pick up ESPsycrets while I'm on.
