I have performed this effect quite a number of times now but I need to age the photos. They are gradually getting the worn look but no where near their "true age". Anyone got ideas ?

Most scrapbook stores (at least here in the USA) carry "distressing kits," which are designed to make photos, documents, etc. look old. The one my girlfriend favors is by a company called "Making Memories," and should be easy to find online. She does wonders with the thing.

Lay the photos out on an old tablecloth, soak a cotton wool ball in cold tea and dab the backs. The photos will curl up but don't panic (!) they'll flatten again. Re do this a couple of times and you're done.

You can also do the same with the letter

Hope this helps

Thanx Carlos,
