Hi all!

I'm not sure where to start, so here goes...

According to the 'Welcome!' announcement in the TM forum I'm an eager newbie.

Whilst I've always appreciated magic, it's incredibly entertaining, it wasn't until a guy picked me to participate in some street magic that I was 100% hooked.

He only used me for 1 trick (that I can remember) but 'that' trick was phenomenal.

So here we go, I'm not asking any of you to 'tell me how he did it' I wouldn't expect you to do that.

What I'm looking for is to become a student... card and coin magic is one thing, but mentalism is what really grabs my imagination.

So far I've read Corinda's 13 Steps and done some general reading on NLP.

That's enough rambling for one post, but I'd like to end with my first question (if I may)...

Whilst I'm not looking for a tutorial in how to perform 'that' trick I would love to hear opinions on the techniques that might have been in play.

If I could describe how the trick was done, which forum should I post my question in?
