Quesion Regarding a book

Postby cordenadam » Jan 23rd, '11, 22:36

I fully accept this thread will be deleted shortly, but hopefully I will have an answer.

I used to do alot of card magic and have since lost interes (as you do)

Built up a very nice catalogue of bits & bobs most of which Im keeping for some unknown reason.

Have been getting rid of most of my books though and one thing I have put a certain book for sale and have attracted alot of attention when I only thought It was worth £15-30.

The book in question is "dai Vernon's Ultimate secrets of card magic"

http://www.vanishingincmagic.com/magic/ ... ard-magic/

the one shown above.

Would anyone be able to give me a rough idea of what I should be expecting or is my valuation of £15-30 correct.

Any help appreciated, and sorry if I am breaking the rules.

regards

A cynical person would say this is an attempt to get a 2nd bid and sell it for more than the tenner it's going for now...

This is where I got the idea its worth more, but wasn;t sure if it was someone trying to get more money or simply a different version of my book,.

Check the year your copy was printed, and what edition it is, and do a google search :)
