Vic Taylor and CB Cochran

Postby MagicIain » Aug 20th, '04, 16:41

Saw a couple books in a second-hand bookshop in Colchester today, one by Vic Taylor (apparently a magician's son) and the other was either by or at least about CB Cochran.

They were both entitled something like "The Story of a Showman" or similar.

Was wondering if anyone's heard of these guys or anything... The Vic Taylor book was a first edition and was £8 (original price £1.95), so I figure he's important somehow... and my Dad seems to think CB Cochran had some dancing girls.

Any ideas, chaps and chappesses?

He was a little more than an owner of dancing girls.....

The plot thickens... I reckon I may go back to the bookshop tomorrow then. His life looks fascinating.
