ive just read that singer Will Young has just been cast in a BBC Radiio 4 play, about Mary Toft, the woman who convinced doctors in 1726, that she had given birth to several live Rabbits.

this hoax created a national scandal, and spawned a magical classic. It was this incident that inspired the first ever production of a Rabbit out of a hat.

No broadcast dates yet, but it will be well worth listening to, when it does.
