Hi there, Just wanted to introduce myself as I have been an amateur for the last 10 years and like to dabble with magic for special occasions etc.
I have quite a few favourite routines and I managed to keep a a group of guys on a stag weekend in Munich entertained all weekend.
The wedding is now fast approaching and I am looking for some ideas to surprise them again. Unfortunately I have already peaked so to speak and I need to get something new.
My basic favourites are colour deception, pen through notes etc, In a Flash and various tricks with the thumb.
I was thinking of getting a fire shooter like the Firebird and a couple of gimmicks like Killer key and Pro-flight but not sure yet. I'll have a good search through the forum as there seems to be a great amount of info and I never realised how many folk are in to magic.
Anyway, time to start trawling.
