Hi, I've just signed up to this forum. Looks like a lively place!

I am an enthusiastic amateur who is currently interested in cards. I'm working my way steadily through the excellent Royal Road to Card Magic and enjoying it a lot.

Although coming to this quite late in life (56) I've always been interesed in magic ever since frittering my 'spends' on cheap mail order magic stuff from the Ellisdon's catalogue in the late 1950's.

Hoping to learn some worthwhile stuff here and am looking forward to contributing what little I can to the discussions :)

Welcome Alan, nice to see another member who's, er, just over 21! The mention of the Ellisdons catalogue brings back memories galore - my first (all metal) finger chopper came from there and somewhere I still have a Seebackrascope!
