Flash paper in ice

This may sound crazy, but I consider embedding a flash paper in a deck-shaped ice cube, chip off a bit from the corner and light up the flash paper. Do you have any idea what would happen? Would there be a flame inside the ice as well?

That's why its sold damp.

I would consider Dale correct.
But why not just try it and find out?

Thanks Dale.

I am completely new to the flash paper bit. I just bought a few pages of it, and before wasting them I figured I'd ask the more knowledgable members of the forum :)

For what it's worth the flash paper does burn when its damp but slowly. I discoverd this early on when I forgot they needed drying and thought I'd been given a faulty batch, I wasted five damn sheets.

Invoke not reason. In the end it is too small a deity.
