Magic Cave

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if anybody has used this website before?

www.magiccave.co.uk

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago...which I haven't received yet. Okay the items might be out of stock but I've had no notification of this. I've sent several e-mails and phonecalls enquiring about the status of the order none of which have been answered.

I'm not intending on giving the company negative feedback, I'm just curious if anyone else have previously used the site...

Does anybody know something I don't? Or have any advice?

Just seems a bit dodgy to me

Many thanks!

I ordered a Sharpie thru anything off them for £16...
It was just a regular Sharpie. I was pretty peeved to say the least.

Have you tried phoning them? 0208 316 7109 is the number shown on the site.

It seems to me, and it may just be me. But wouldn't it make more sense to ask the question before you order from somewhere you never ordered from before? I guess hindsight is 20/20

It would have made sense to ask the question before purchasing . But hindsight is a wonderful thing .... And you know what having CUPS is like. And anyway, you don't expect bad service ...I've learnt my lesson anyways.

Yeah, I've tried phoning and no response ...

But does it go through anything if you push it hard enough?

I think it is the website of the boys in Covent Garden. When I last spoke to them about the site a couple of years ago now it was already clear that it was out of date and that they had other plans for the site. Although at that point I couldn't even manage to order anything of it. If you are in London, worth speaking to them on the stall I would have thought.

Im glad you pot up this post now.
I was about to order a wallet from them. I wanted to call them to get a bit more info but got no reply following several attempts over 2 days. There are obvious reasons if they are a small family run business of course. They could be on holiday or away for another valid reason so I definitely dont want to dis them just yet. Ill give them another try tomorrow as I really want the wallet.

Ill post an update later in week.
