What Envelopes to use?

Postby Magical_Trevor » May 30th, '11, 17:46

Hey guys and gals,

After a chit chat with Ted re: his latest trick and his ESP deck (and my newest purchase of Beyond ESP3) I was wondering, if applicable, what envelopes do you use for predictions (Cards, billets etc).

I wanted to use the Red ESP Envelopes, but the back is very open, which makes using any gaffs a bit shifty with the handling of the envelopes (cant be as open as you may naturally be with them).

I have now, under the guidance of Ted, purchased some envelopes from WH Smiths (see images below) but wanted peoples opinions on some things:

1) Does the prediction envelope matter?
2) Does its size, colour, etc matter?
3) if its slightly see through (see white envelope below) is this an issue?

What are peoples thoughts

Dan

I use the smiths brown envelopes for most things, but also use coloured envelopes for some predictions. These come from Rymans, or Paperchase, or hobby craft,or, any other supplier who sell stationary for weddings ect.
I also make my own envelopes from scratch, if i need something special, like a switching envelope, or a multiout. Its not as difficult as you think, and you can make tem in any paper you like.

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....
