How to reverse the top or bottom card?

Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

The Oz move shown on the DVD uses heaps of misdirection and precise timing and all is carefully explained very well within the footage.

I use the method on the DVD without any problems as people are always looking elsewhere such as looking at, and examining the card that they've just turned over in their hand. If you also get the Oz DVD, 'stealing pips' then this too is well worth watching.

The routines on the 'pips' DVD will be too difficult if you're a novice but the real joy of having this DVD is for the teaching, particularly all of the different misdirection techniques which of course can be used anywhere.

I'm far to new & cowardly too do that move, at least the Oz way you have the slight cover of using two hands!!!

If you're unhappy with that move I suggest you practise Oz Pearlman's technique seeing as its been given the thumbs up by most people here. Personally I've never seen that DVD so I can't comment.

All the best,

Thought I'd give all your guys an update as I performed the Oz version of 2 card monte to a friend who was pretty impressed.

I've been finding top card lift pretty hard to get a correct number of cards & also turning over a top card at ones side has been worrying me.

As said did the trick tonight & my mate didn't spot a thing, & for some reason while I was doing the trick I seemed to catch the right number of cards, & do the top card turn all smoothly & silently.

So thanks for all your help on this forum guys.
