It's dat8962 in disguise.

Since the upgrade I've been unable to log into the new site as my old password isn't accepted. I've emailed support and also Mandrake to have it reset.

Has anyone else experienced this problem and are you still waiting for a solution?

Have you tried the reset password for dat8962? If so, please PM me the password so I can reproduce.
