Some packet tricks require two of a kind.

Instead of splitting two decks, let's say using two kings of diamonds.
I will use two jokers instead.
There also good for practising E/count. J/count. H/count, & so on.

As has been said in the above post, there great for control practice.
2nd from top, 3rd from top, & so on.

There are many small packet tricks where jokers are used.
Hang onto them.

I use Jokers in a nice 4 card brainwave effect which the jokers are used as the fronts are all the same and so when color proving the backs there is no discrepancies in the cards underneath. Im also workin on a mental magic effect where they are numberd 1-4 , one of the reasons is that the spec wont bother looking through the pack to check if some Cards are really missing ( well thats part of the reason anyway)

Also very handy for Jay Sankeys three card X marks the back routine which can use two jokers and a Queen.

Maybe we should open a Poor House for the Jokers and put them to work

practice palming, top changes, passes, torn & restored, or use them under the celophane to hide the back of the box. or decorate the tree at christmas?

stick um to the back of another card to make a thick card?
cut it short, to have a locator card that you have reason to remove at some point...

use them to remove stubborn food from between your teeth, or as a tongue scraper.

no dont, thats just disgusting.

you're like Yoda.you dont say much, but what you do say is worth listening to....

I do sometimes practice torn and restored card effects with them. My favourite and current method used when I work is Guy Hollingworth's.

I hate tearing up cards that leave me with an odd deck so I usually use the jokers for practice, and then I have a one way forcing deck that I take a card from and then force to tear up in performance.
