Just found a US show online called Phenomenon.

Its basically x factor for mentalism with Criss Angel and Uri Gellar as the judges

I assure you this isnt a wind up lol

Only watched a bit of episode 1 and its alright for something to watch on a boring sunday. The 1st act was a invisible touch act,Criss Angel said hes good friends with banachek so he knows all about pk touches, then its Uri's turn and he says that the guy has amazing mental energy to do that

What side's this on Jon, or is it a Youtubie thingy-bobby?

Dunno how old it is or anything Rob was looking for magic shows to watch and found it by accident. Its only 5 episodes long i think.

If I can find it to view online legally, I may have to have a quick look-see just for the novelty (in fairness it sounds to be a splendidly horrible spectacle...akin to 'Steven Segal: Lawman' - ie, so bad it's good??)

I think it stopped after it almost came to blows when a "clairvoyant" told Criss Angel he was close minded.

Just seen the episode with the row ! After the guys act of being possessed by a dead author that he's linked to has finished Uri's comments are the typical i really believe you are not acting and you have great mental energy stuff he keeps on saying.

Criss Angel pulls out a envelope and says he'll give the guy or Uri a million dollars if they can say whats in it, they start arguing and the guy calls Angel a biggot or something and it ends up with the presenter struggling to hold the guy back and Uri holding Angel back ! I bet Uri was very tired after using so much mental energy lol

The psychic fella posts at the Green Place, but can't recall his name off the top of my head. Claims to be the real thing and was quite put out when Kriss Angel called him a fake.....

Might give this a watch. Which episode number has the fisticuffs in?
