I just got the mind power deck, and was told that Derren Brown used it in a clever way to get a few free guesses, I was wondering if anyone had a link on youtube to his performance?

You are very right about the smoking Alec. There are some really interesting things in "Pure Effect" regarding Derren and his "smoking".

I've yet to devour the contents of pure effect. I shall have to start hunting it out one day!

Its a shame about the amount off knock off copies of Pure Effect on ebay with fake signatures, these people have no shame! Devils Picture book outlines 'Smoke' fantastically and will tell you anything you need to know about the performance of this piece.

I can't wait for Derrens new show to aire!

Devils Picture book does teach 'Smoke' Beautifuly and I feel a must for any serious cardy. Such ashame my original VHS got stolen in a robbery a few years back. Must get the DVD.

As for the knockoffs on Ebay I know what you mean. If someone had a real signed copy would they want to part with it? I wouldn't, I was about 16 when I got mine signed after his first live show and it was the coolest thing ever.
