Why is everyone so concerned with how to take a sticker off the card case. And if you are looking for new seals visit ellusionist.com i believe they carry the officials ones although I am not sure because I have never been so inclined to make a spectator that convinced its a new deck. If i have a stacked deck any sort of false shuffles (i prefer the Zarrow) will convince the audience that your deck is really mixed.

a thing what I do is to use a WD40 pen that is sold in my local co-op doesn't harm the box and gets the sticker off easily.

I carefully ease the seal off the deck till it is completely removed, then I use a surgical knife to gently scrape off any sticky stuff then I use a little talcum powder to make sure it is completely gone. Then I carefully slide the flap out from between the box and the cards...then I rip off the entire back of the box in one pull crumple the ruined box into a tight ball and throw it as hard as I can at the spectator to use as cover for the pass.

Haha! I've just been reading through this thread. What madness!

Open the deck however you want. It's about as important as asking how to open a bag of crisps.

now that is important...obviously the correct answer is to split the bag straight open down the seem...and obviously favour eating monster munch pickled onion flavour... :)

Dont forget you should never open a bag crisps upside down this is very unlucky to do such a thing.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I tend to just pass the crisps through the unopened bag and directly into my stomach - it's a variation of Factory Sealed that I've developed.

I find it more amusing to read the title of the thread literally: "tips for the annoying security sticker" - note: not tips regarding, but tips for. Which implies that the annoying security sticker is the intended audience for the thread, and if you're not an annoying security sticker then you should probably read something else instead.

One could argue that because the mods (a) stick around in the sense of being persistent, and (b) oversee the security of the board in the sense of preventing secrets from leaking out, they are, in a manner of speaking, security stickers. However, I am neither brave nor foolish enough to suggest that Mandrake is annoying! :D

Just to humour you, it becomes even more of an enigmatic thread title when you take into account it is phrased in the singular rather than the plural. The annoying security sticker. A reference by the original poster to a specific, unnamed mod! Conspiracy abounds!!! :D
