Riffle Shuffle Bottom Stock

Postby Lenoir » Oct 17th, '11, 19:08

Everybody can do a riffle shuffle bottom stock control...but I met a guy recently who was leaving over 30 cards behind and it was completely deceptive.

Give it a go and see how it looks!

I'd be very interested to see it. But also to ask if you want to keep a 30 card stock, is there a reason to do it this way instead of a push through or zarrow shuffle?

Absolutely no reason to do it at all other than as a technical exercise...although saying that, it is absolute 100% convincing that the cards are mixed...because the ones you essentially see are being mixed. No cuts afterwards, and you can see the cards pushed together slowly.

The person in question just uses it before demonstrating bottom dealing to show how much can be retained.

Fair play, the technical exercise is half the fun with learning these things in my opinion. The no cut afterwards is quite nice though. As I say I'd love to see it so if there's any way you can get the person to film it please let us know
