Hi everyone. I've not been around for quite some time so thought I'd say hi and I'm back. I was going to say that you've probably all missed my sarcasm, but it looks like you really, really haven't.
Like that's gonna stop me.
I've had a few issues at work and stuff and anything that isn't work hasn't had my attention for quite some time, including my magic.
Anyway, I'm looking for a little simple advice actually. A few weeks ago I went to an old friend's engagement party (idiot) and he asked me take a couple tricks with me becasue he was convinced his family would love to see it. And he was right.
Now, I'm seeing the whole of his family again this time next week and he wants me to take some more. Now last time, I took my haunted key, ID, standard deck and my TT, including silk to panties. Oh, and I did CMH too. These all went down an absolute treat, as they always do. This time round I know feel like I've given myself a hard act to follow.
I've got heirloom spot on now (but could probably do with re-writing the letter... any tips for that, PM me... I don't have access to anyone that's good at calligraphy, as far as I know), so will definitely take that. Out Of This World and Tipsy (from RRTCM) I have also managed to get spot on, but I really really REALLY want to take a couple non-card magic tricks, or even steer away from carrying a full deck anyway.
So...
Any ideas for something close-up, humour-friendly and pocketable, for under £20? Something as legendary as a TT or haunted key... know what I mean?
Many thanks in advance for your help
So many questions... so little time...
