I need help to find out if it has already been created?

Should I post how it works?

If it's new idea then you need to keep it to yourself as long as possible in case it's a marketable item. Best suggestion I can make is to ask the cardies on TM if one of them would be willing to check the details out and let you know if it's unique or not.

Why not post the effect rather than the method. After all method you cannot protect as in copywright, presentation you can.

But even then it's still stupidly easy to replicate a presentation while still not breaking any copyright law!
Simply not being that good an actor is usually acceptable

Well you have a deck of cards and it can be shuffles by you or the lay person. You then spend the deck and they pick any card no force what so ever and you can name there card.
Its a mentalism deck.

i just need to know if its out or not.

Is really that offering anything that couldn't be achieved by a marked deck?

If the magician can be out of the room or clearly not looking then it's possibly worthwhile. Although then again X-ray's like that.

@StevenHardy
If the deck can be examined, if the effect is repeatable and if the magician can be out of the room when a selection is made then you may have something.

Unfortunatly what you still have at the end of the day is a way to reveal a selected card, and there is already a trick deck that can allow you to reveal a card the spectator only has to think about.

Invoke not reason. In the end it is too small a deity.

So even if your method is unique you are still re-inventing the wheel because this is a pretty basic plot.

When did that ever stop magicians?

Indeed he might even be able to make a tidy sum if it can fool magicians.
