It is an excellent book & certainly worth getting into your collection, especially at that price.

I'm very, very nervous of performing stage hypnotism - not because I can't do it, and not really on account of upsetting my professional body - but because I wouldn't want to fall foul of the Hypnotism Act 1952 and even more importantly because my professional insurance wouldn't cover it. I understand that stage hypnotism insurance is now available but extremely expensive. And I wouldn't want to be without it.

The 1952 hypnosis act is very much centred around the word 'trance'.

Ive just read through and article on the matter and noticed the frequency of the references to them specifically reffering to "trance" hypnosis so ill have to be careful to keep my audience awake
